GPT, PTC and Multi-PTC tips

I'm nuts about GPTs.  It's the way I make most of my money online these days, unless I'm typing for Quicktate.  The thing is, it's not necessarily cut and dry, and if you're like me, you may have gotten burned on one or more offers- at no fault of your own, or the webmaster!  Here's some quick tips for making sure you make the most out of your GPT-etc sites.

-Most GPT sites base your completions off of your cookies.  If you've done the offer the day before, or even a few moments before, it might not recognize that you've done it again.  The #1 solution to this is to clean your cookies.  Here's how:

---Make sure that you're NOT on the website, then go to your browser's tools, options, and look in the privacy area.  Here you should be able to delete your web browsing history.  This will also delete your cookies.

--Alternatively, use a program such as CC Cleaner, which will clean out every cookie on your computer without fail.  A lot of my colleagues use programs such as these and have great results.  I personally don't, but it's recommended.

--The easiest solution?  Use your browser's privacy setting when you do your offers.  Both Firefox and IE offer this now in their latest versions.  This setting is normally used so you can browse websites privately, without people being able to see your history, but it also means that it doesn't save any cookies on your computer.  No cookies = better results with GPT sites.  This is the method I use every time. I went from getting credited for about 70% of my clicks on Clicksvista and Quidscorner to 100%.

Very Quick Advice

Hey all!  If you sign up for Sunny Side Cash, you might be like me; I had a little difficulty finding the multi-click PTCs that I specifically signed up for!  Here's how to find the multi-click (high-paying) PTCs easily:

After you've logged in, you may already be on the correct screen.  But just in case, click the login tab at the top of the screen.  You should be on the Member's Area.  Scroll down a little, and Multi-click PTCs will be listed directly under your Referral information.  These ads refresh once a day, and offer .03-.05 per view.  There's usually about 15 offers a day.  I do the regular PTCs as well for buffer, but the multi-clicks are where I'm making the most of my money! I'm at $11.00 at the time of this post and almost ready for cash out... Looking forward to it!

SunnySide Cash

I'm having a lot of luck with SunnySideCash.com.  What I really like about this site is that there's multiple ways to make money, which all pool together into the same withdrawable amount, rather than just one way (like low-paying PTCs) or having the different types of things you do paying out to different points and such, which have to be converted or can't even be turned directly into cash.  This site offers regular daily PTCs, surveys, trivia, and the multi-click PTCs which pay out a LOT more than regular PTCs (see my posts on Clicksvista and Quidscorner for examples of multi-click PTCs).  The regular PTCs renew daily, and offer anywhere from $.0025 to $.01 per click, and the multi-click PTCs are $.05 per.  (There's usually about 12 multi-click PTCs available, so that's around 60 cents per day all on its own.) Their daily surveys (yes, they refresh daily) start at $.75 and go up to $1.00, plus you get an entry into their jackpot contest. They also offer the same free trial/paid to sign up services available with many other sites.  Payout is relatively low; $15, with the option to pay out to Paypal, an Amazon.com voucher or a money order.  They also offer a $5.00 bonus for signing up.  I've only been with them for 3 days at this point, but I should be reaching payout pretty quickly.  The link below will show an updating statistic on how much I've made with them so far.  Keep in mind I made the money listed there with no referrals, no upgrades of any type, or without purchasing referrals.  It's just been clicking links.  In fact, I haven't even done any surveys yet, so I'm not even living up to the full earning potential with this site!

For the refer crazy: This site offers 3 tiers of referrals, so I imagine the numbers will really pile up.

So far so good with this site! With $.10 a click, I'm up to $14.10 in 4 days.  It's pretty quick and easy, and a nice alternative/addition while Clicksvista and Quidscorner are only offering about 40-60 cents a day total.  Give it a go!

I've found a pay to click that offers $.10 for every single click you make! As of this moment, there's enough links to make $1.50 a day just from clicking a few links.  Payment proof is provided on their site.  This one looks very promising.  I'll report back on how it's going so far.  It pays out to Paypal as well.

Pay To Click Advertising Problems and More

So, y'all might've noticed that the ads on my site have disappeared.  My advertising company threw a hissyfit that I promote PTC sites, even though I've never asked anyone to click links/ads on my own site and took down the ads.  So now I have a couple options:  I can remove all pay to click references from this site and get my ads back, maybe putting all my PTC updates on a secondary page with no ads, or I can just stop posting about them entirely.  Or continue with no ads.  I don't pay anything to keep this site up, so the money from views is just a nice added bonus.  If anyone has suggestions about where I can find PTC-friendly advertising, please leave a comment.  If you have any feelings about any of this, please also let me know... I am enjoying doing this site and don't want to quit now!

 

In the meanwhile, here's two new services I've signed up with:

 

Keep in mind I haven't received any payouts from these two just yet.  They do both offer proof of payment on their sites, however, and seem pretty reliable.  I will post when I do eventually get paid!  Minimum payout on 4RealPTC is only $2.00, and pays via both Paypal and AlertPay.  Paid2YouTube is $10.00, and also pays by the same two services.  They're not as good as ClicksVista/Quidscorner, but it's a decent chunk of change for a couple minutes of your day.  Definitely better than TrekPay.  Give them a look if you're interested!

CloudCrowd Progress

So, I must report that as of yet I haven't done any work for CloudCrowd.  They sent out a message, however, informing people that basically, they have a huge following right now and are working on improving the process in order to make it easier for us (the workers) and more appealing to the people who are requesting the work.  They're also working to make sure that we don't get rejected when we weren't supposed to.  You can read the letter here.  I will alert y'all as soon as I actually do get some work from the application!  I'm really looking forward to it.  This service did just start up, and there's no minimum payout, so I imagine it will be well worth it.

The Testing Process: CloudCrowd

So I heard about this new application on Facebook, called "CloudCrowd".  They have a range of tasks you can get paid for, like online research, reviewing websites, grading written texts, and editing poorly written writing.  The last part is what I heard the most about- the daily rate apparently changes, but for today, you can make $1.42 per 4-5 paragraphs you edit.  In comparison to some sites, that's pretty damn good.  The reviews of it say that they're making upwards of $40.00 a day by putting their minds to it, just for 5 hours or so.  I've gone ahead and signed up for the site, but as of this moment, there's no work available.  Demand is probably pretty high.  I'll continue to post about this app and let y'all know how it's working out for me.  Important side note: They pay out in 24 hours or less after the work is complete and accepted.  Pretty cool.  I'll let you know if it's legit and worth your time!

TrekPay Verdict: 3/5

So, if you've been reading my original posts, you may notice that I recommended Trek Pay.  Here's my ultimate verdict on the site after being with them for 4 months.

The pros: Low minimum for payout, Pays out to Paypal within 1 week, 1-tier Referrals, and you can advertise through them. Quick technical support.

The negatives: It takes forever to reach the minimum payout (5.50). I have 6 referrals, though I have no way of knowing if they're active or not, and I only just reached the minimum payout after clicking daily for approximately 4 months.  In comparison to sites like Clicksvista, this is absurd.  However, the site is still considered in beta, so that may be why the pay is so low at this point.  It might be worth checking back on once they're fully running.

If you're looking for advertising, I highly recommend their sister service, which is what powers TrekPay... Trek advertising.  You can sign up for as little as $5.00, and choose between having people either just view your site, or click the ads on your site as well.  I do not use this service, personally- I'm more interested in making money, but, the sites I see on TrekPay are usually for the same sites week after week, so I imagine it's working for them.

Bottom line: If you've got a ton of friends who want to sign up, give it a shot.  If you want cheap, guaranteed advertising, go for it.  Otherwise, don't bother with Trek Pay, at least for now.

Clicks Vista Update (Again!)

Hey all,

I haven't gotten my 2nd payment just yet (should be coming in on October 1st... look for an update then!) but I wanted to let you all know that the two sites have increased their pay. Rather, there's more links to click! It's gone from $4.00 if you click all links at both sites per day to $4.30. It might not sound like much, but instead of $28 a month, it's now $30.10. $120 a month has turned into $129 a month. When these sites originally opened, they each only offered about $1.00 worth of clicks, and are now up to $2.15 a pop. The future looks pretty bright! Hey all.  If you see below, I've posted about this site once before. I compared it to Trek Pay. IT'S SO MUCH BETTER THAN TREK PAY. I've been with Trek Pay for over a month and only have around $2.00 in my account. I can't cash out until it gets to $5.00.  With ClicksVista, I have reached $3.50 in ONE NIGHT with NO referrals.  I haven't shared any private information, given out my address, or signed up for temporarily free credit card offers.  All I've done is visited websites and clicked links.  Easy as pie.  Those $3.50 probably took me only about 5 minutes out of my day.  I should be credited for another $2.50 tonight for the clicks I performed today (meaning I can cash out to Paypal or Amazon.com ALREADY) and after that, I will be clicking again, receiving another $2.50, and so on.  Can you really afford to miss out on $73 extra bucks every month?  You get a quarter just for signing up.  Try it out now!  ClicksVista!

Clicks Vista!

I've just signed up for a new service called  Clicksvista. It's almost exactly like Trek Pay. Same $5.00 cash out limit.  It pays to Paypal OR you can redeem the money you've made as a Amazon.com voucher.  So far it seems like there's a lot more potential to make money here than Trek Pay, though I'll still be using both.  The free page clicks I used today wracked up about a dollar, and the additional offers that you can sign up for (newsletters and some things that require credit info) add a lot more on to that.  I'm personally not doing anything that gives extra info, but the newsletters are easy to sign up for, and if you find them obnoxious, you can always block them with your spam blocker.  There's also apparently emails they send out that you're paid for, and you get a $.25 just for signing up.  So you're already 1/20th to your first payout without doing anything.  I'll post about this site again once I've received my first payout!  In the meanwhile, I encourage you to join.  I've seen good proof that this site is legitimate through one of my main sources of information.

--Search Engine--

Blingo is a good one. It searches multiple search engines, like Yahoo, Bing (MSN) and Ask.com, and delivers results just like a regular search engine would. Each search you perform, however, is an automatic entry into winning prizes. They have daily, hourly, and sometimes even every minute prizes, ranging from $5 gift cards to several hundred, and every day you perform a search, you get an entry into the Publisher Clearing House sweepstakes, which is usually for a million or more. Right now there's 3 sweepstakes running, one for $1,000, another for $10,000 and one for a 3 million dollar home. One search a day is all you need to enter. I usually set up my homepage to a pre-run search so that it enters me without me having to do anything else. I've won a giftcard from this site which was delivered digitally, so I could use it right away. Everytime a referral wins something, you do too, as well, so it's worth sending it to your friends.

--Investing--

Everything I've ever read is that you shouldn't spend money to make money online. I've almost been burned a couple times by online scams, so when I came across Ad-Ventures For You, I was really reluctant. But everything I read about it was great. I searched many boards, read what the head honcho himself had to say about it, and decided to give it a try. 11 weeks later, I'm still with them, and still making money. Their payouts are weekly, and the investment can be as small as $10. Or, alternatively, you pay nothing and refer others to the service and make money that way.  The service is not a matrix system, no referrals required. It's an ad-viewing site, and 75% of the profits from it go back to us. The other 25% has been invested in outside programs, and just recently they've started two new sites; one for buying business-related pre-paid phone cards, and another for gold buying. (Like those ads on TV.) All the profits from those two businesses are coming back to us as well. I went into this suspicious, and kept a very detailed spreadsheet. So far I've made $81.29 with them.  According to my calculations, it'll be in the hundreds in no time.  This is all based on a minimal investment. I'm really happy with this site.

--Freelance Work, Transcription, Writing, etc--

kgb_ Is much like Cha-Cha, if you've heard of the latter. KGB was established first. It's a text-question-answering service. People text in questions, and you answer them, based on your own knowledge, research, and the system's database of already answered questions (which often do the work for you).  Payout is between 5 cents to 10 cents per question answered. There is an 8-hour monthly requirement (as this coming October), and they pay out once a month.  There is a minimum payout of $40, but during my time with them (4 months now) they have always paid out, regardless of whether you meet that minimum or not.  They pay via check or direct deposit to a bank account.  To the best of my knowledge, they are not hiring at this time, BUT, we have been constantly inundated with messages as of late that we are understaffed, so this may change very soon.  Keep an eye out.

Text Broker is a technical writing site.  They are open to applications.  You go, submit a writing sample, and they grade you.  If you score anything above a 2 (1-5), you will be allowed in, and are then allowed to browse from a vast number of articles that people want written.  You're paid by the word, and the higher your rank, the more you get.  It's also set up so that people can commission you directly.  I found this to be very easy work.  They pay via paypal as well, twice a month.  I believe there's a $15 minimum.  Averaging $3-5 per written article (300+ words or so) is fairly common.  I joined as a level 3 and was upgraded to a level 4 almost immediately, but I usually only did level 2 and level 3 work.  So the payment is pretty good, and oftentimes the subjects are about things you might know about or are easily researched. (Like, "Recipe for *generic food item here*" seem to be especially popular.)

Quicktate is currently my biggest egg.  It's a transcription site, one of the few that doesn't require prior experience to get in.  I've made almost $100 so far with these guys in less than 2 months, working on and off in my spare time.  Messages come in while you're logged in, and are sent to you, and you just transcribe them, submit them, and wait for another.  Things are very fast paced at some times of the day, and normal to slow at others.  It's easy work, and like most people say about it, I find it fun.  (I really didn't think I would, but it actually is quite entertaining.)  Getting in to this service usually has a big waitlist and some people never seem to make it in, BUT, things are speeding up lately and we received word from our boss that we're allowed to make referrals for people, which seem to be speeding up the process greatly.  If you would like one from me, please go ahead and register for the site with the link provided and then let me know, and I'll tell them I sent you.  There's no real typing speed requirement, it's all about accuracy.  You can take as long as you need to type the messages, so long as you stay active on the screen.

--Pay to Click--

YouData is one PtC I highly recommend. You won't get rich using it, but it pays out weekly via paypal, no matter how low your balance is. 1 cent? No problem. The concept is that the advertisers are paying to advertise directly to you, and you reap the benefits, rather than just being forced to watch ads whether you like it or not.  The ads are small, unobtrusive, and you can choose to either view them on youdata's site or download their "Adget" to view it on your desktop whenever you like.  You don't purchase or click endless streams of ads; an ad for a site will pop up, you click it, decide whether or not to visit the site (for more money), and that's it.  You can leave right that instant if you so choose, the payment has been issued. This program does allow for referrals, and they're very close to adding video ads which will be worth a lot more money.  I've been with this program since early June and have received a payout every week.  It's a nice little bonus on the other payouts I have via Paypal, and they do add up.

Trek Pay is similar to YouData, though the ads are less focused on your specific interests and wants.  Rather than paying based on how many ads you've clicked, the amount of sites you view set your rank on the site, and then you are entitled to the revenue based on your rank.  There's a lot more sites here to visit than with YouData, and they refresh after 24 hours, so you can click them again.  They also pay out via paypal, and I have received 2 payments so far.  The minimum cashout is $5.50. Again, you won't get rich from this, but it's a nice bonus, and only takes about 5 minutes out of your day.

--Games--

Moola is a fun one. This site has a variety of nifty games, such as hi-low, gold rush, poker, and so forth. The concept is interesting; they always provide you with your first "moola" cent, which you use to play a game. To play a game, you bet your cent. If you win, you get another. If you lose, you lose your cent, but they provide you with another. (There is NO actual buying of points here with real money, don't worry!) The concept is similar to "Weakest Link" if you've seen it... once you make more money, you can bet higher amounts. If you win, you win back what you bet, plus the same amount. So if I bet 10 cents, I'd make 20. 10 dollars, 20 dollars. The games play in tiers, but you can play any tier you like. There's no forcing you to go higher or lower than you want. You can play against actual people or the computers. I've personally made about $26 here, but I'm not a big risk taker.  There's potential for a lot more. The more I talk, the fishier I sound, but if you to to the site and view players' profiles, you'll see that many people have made hundreds of dollars, WITHOUT referrals! It's lots of fun, if nothing else.  (If you're wondering how it's funded, they play a short video ad before each game you play.)

--Surveys, Usability Testing--

Usertesting.com This one is an absolute must, if you can get in.  They're pretty much overrun with people, but they were when I joined, too, and I still got in.  They pay $10 per completed test. The best and easiest money I've made online. Payouts through paypal. Basically, when a test pops up, you accept it, then go to the website and try to complete the tasks they ask you to do.  The person who requested the test wants to know how easy it is to achieve the tasks they set forth on their site, what you think of the layout and accessibility, and so forth.  You can use a mic on your computer or a regular phone line to record your voice as you navigate the site, and the software they provide will record what you do.  Competition here is fierce, so be prepared to pounce when you see a test pop up, but the $10 is well worth it.  I have made over $200 with these people in less than 3 months just occasionally doing tests.

My Survey is the only survey site I ascribe to.  It's pretty good; they'll send you surveys based on your family and personal statistics, which you give them when you sign up.  Most of the surveys say they'll reward you for 10-20 points, but if you meet the criteria they're looking for, they'll offer to give you the full survey, which will usually reward you with 300+ points. 100 points = 1 dollar, and cashout starts at $10.  They pay via check.  I've received 3 checks from these guys so far, the first for $10, the 2nd for $30 and the latest I waited until I was at $60.  If you have a website where you can make a lot of referrals in a month, they have a service for that.  You just basically give them your website and they'll give you a referral URL.  I don't personally use this part of the program.  For every person you refer, who completes the intro survey (basic info about your household, etc), you get 150 points, or $1.50.  You can also cash out your points for prizes, competitions, etc, and they hold a competition every day for extra points and cash prizes.  If you're interested in joining and wouldn't mind taking the extra step, please let me know so I can send you a referral email.

InstantCashSweepstakes- This site is fun.  You're allowed to do 4 short, 3 question surveys every 3 hours, which win you either a small cash prize or tickets into their weekly $250 contest. If you come across a survey you've answered before and answer the same way, you win triple the prize you would've initially. So 300 tickets instead of 100, 30 cents instead of 10, etc. Referrals net you the same amount of tickets or money they win, including the $250 weekly prize.  Payout is via Paypal.
